Ingrid has 18 years of experience in employee benefits and consulting plus 10 years of experience in HR concentrating on benefits administration prior to working in the broker/consultant arena. Ingrid’s strength lies in managing and negotiating client renewals and marketing efforts as well as providing excellent customer service to clients for both day to day concerns as well as eligibility and enrollment issues. She is passionate about creating a close relationship with her clients so that they feel like she is a part of their team. She has much experience in preparing open enrollment communications including booklets, flyers and letters, and giving presentations to employees. She has assisted in the coordination of several benefit/health fairs. She also has strong relationships with the carrier reps for all lines of coverage.
